For the twenty-sixth time, artists and artisans from Germany and the Baltic region present themselves at the St. Petri Craft Market to showcase their exquisite works during the Advent season in one of the most beautiful spaces of the Hanseatic city. Decorated for the pre-Christmas season, the high, bright room envelops both large and small visitors in a special Christmas atmosphere that can only be found in St. Petri, which has made the craft market one of the highlights in the Christmas city of the North in recent years. With plenty of space to look and browse, visitors stroll through the room, filled with the scent of apple punch and homemade cookies. The wide selection of various artisans leaves no Christmas wish unfulfilled. At the St. Petri Craft Market, there is a suitable gift for everyone: hand-felted fashion accessories and hand-carved wooden objects for home and garden, Herrnhuter stars, high-quality ceramic and metal works, excellent individual pieces made of silk and wool, bags and belts made of leather, art objects made of glass and copper, hand-painted cards with Christmas motifs, Scandinavian-style home accessories, jewelry made of precious metals and amber, Christmas tree decorations, and toys, all with a special touch. Homemade cakes, muffins, and cookies, coffee and punch, hearty soups, and quiche are available at the St. Petri Café. And of course, the tower is open. What would a Christmas stroll through the city be without a view of Lübeck from above during Advent! The St. Petri Craft Market runs from November 25 to December 21, 2024. The market is open daily from 11 AM to 7 PM. A change of exhibitors will take place from December 7 to 8. Admission is 3 euros (children under 12 free).
