Nine times a year, the hour between 11 PM and midnight at St. Petri belongs to Petrivision. Talks, music, and literary texts meet dance, performance, and installation. Each evening brings together perspectives from science, art, religion, and society on a common theme. From this interplay emerges a multifaceted production that makes the church space itself part of the event.
With the new series BAUSTELLEN, starting in September 2026, four elements of architecture will be in the spotlight: foundation, wall, threshold, and vault. They will serve as a starting point for personal, societal, and spiritual questions about what supports and separates, marks transitions, and provides protection.
