Nine times a year, the hour between 11 PM and midnight at St. Petri belongs to Petrivision. Talks, music, and literary texts meet dance, performance, and installation. Each evening brings perspectives from science, art, religion, and society into conversation on a common theme. From this interplay, a multi-voiced staging emerges, making the church space itself part of the event.
With the new series BAUSTELLEN, starting in September 2026, four elements of architecture will be brought to the forefront: foundation, wall, threshold, and vault. They will serve as the starting point for personal, societal, and spiritual questions about what supports and separates, marks transitions, and provides protection.
